Should  you choose to use this site in any manner, it is understood that you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully. ​ We may amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing a new version on this site. If you continue to use the Website after the aforementioned amendment or update comes into effect, your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

The copyright and other intellectual property rights of all material on the “site” are owned by BRUMMS Quality Wines, Inc. and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.

BRUMMS Quality Wines trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not BRUMMS Quality Wines, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits BRUMMS Quality Wines. All other trademarks not owned by  BRUMMS Quality Wines or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by BRUMMS Quality Wines or its subsidiaries.

BRUMMS Quality Wines , Inc. recognizes its responsibility under the Republic Act No. 10173 (Act), also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, with respect to the data they collect, record, organize, update, use, consolidate or destruct from the guests of the site. The personal data obtained from this site (for example, your name, address contact numbers and email address )  will only be accessed by authorized personnel. Furthermore, the information collected and stored in the portal shall only be used for the following purposes:

1. Mailing Lists  for : Announcements / promotions , events, programs, courses and other activities offered / organized by BRUMMS Quality Wines, Inc. and its Affiliates .

2. Coordination for Delivery and or return of orders and the processing of the documentation thereof.

3. Activities pertaining to establishing relations with the guests of the site.

BRUMMS Quality Wines, Inc. shall not disclose the guests personal information without their consent.

Our website is not aimed at individuals under 18 years of age and we will not collect, use, provide or process in any form any personal information of persons under the age of 18 deliberately.

We therefore also ask you, if you are under 18 years old, please do not send us your personal information (for example, your name, address and email address). If you are under 18 years old and you nevertheless wish to ask a question or use this website in any way which requires you to submit your personal information please get your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf.

BRUMMS Quality Wines and its associates strive to be as accurate as possible as your satisfaction is important to us. We do take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. BRUMMS Quality Wines does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is 100% error free.  If a product offered by BRUMMS Quality Wines itself is not as described, you may contact us via the contact details listed at the bottom of this page .

Free delivery within Metro Manila.

Depending on the customers location, instant delivery on working days. Delivery starting point will be from 5 Julieta Circle, Horseshoe Village, Quezon City, New Manila. If instant delivery is not possible, delivery will take place within 3-4 working days.

Bottles with damaged labels or screw caps cannot be returned / refunded after acceptance of delivery.

Corked Wines:  BRUMMS Quality Wines, Inc. will allow replacement provided  that  the bottle is returned for inspection and the majority of the contents of said bottle have not been consumed.

Some wines may have sediments and crystallization which occurs naturally, these wines may not be returned.

Please contact us for returns/ refunds within 15 days from date of delivery. Returns / refunds for items past 15 days from delivery date will not be considered.

BRUMMS Quality Wines will not be liable for any delay, interruption or failure in the provisioning of services if caused by acts of God, declared or undeclared war, fire, flood, storm, slide, earthquake, power failure, the inability to obtain equipment, supplies or other facilities, labor disputes, or other similar events beyond our control that may prevent or delay service provisioning.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT  BRUMMS Quality Wines INC., THE “SITE”, AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SITE, CONTENT OR ANY RELATED SERVICES.

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY BRUMMS QUALITY WINES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. BRUMMS QUALITY WINES MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, BRUMMS QUALITY WINES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BRUMMS QUALITY WINES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THIS SITE, ITS SERVERS, OR E-MAIL SENT FROM BRUMMS QUALITY WINES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. BRUMMS QUALITY WINES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.


These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

This disclaimer, together with our privacy policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website, and supersedes all previous agreements in respect to your use of the “site”.

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines.
